    Upload supplier or client meeting recordings (mp3/m4a/wav/ogg/webm/aac/flac/opus). Local Whisper large-v3 on EU GPUs transcribes ~3-5 min per hour of audio. Local Ollama qwen3 extracts structured minutes — decisions, action items with owner and deadline, verbatim quotes — and auto-creates tasks in the project.     Supplier file exchange — share links (replaces WeTransfer)

    When BoQ + drawings exceed email attachment limits, generate per-supplier ZIP + password-gated download link with expiry (1-30 days) and max-uses (anti-abuse). Upload drop-zone link for the supplier reply. Full audit log: view, download, upload, password attempts — with IP and timestamp. Each supplier gets a unique link; sharing it doesn't compromise others. Files stay inside the tenant.

    ERP integration — four paths instead of one

    Replaced the PHC-only ERP bridge framing with four concrete paths: (a) CSV/XLSX file-based for any ERP that exports tabular data (Pro tier and above), (b) AI-generated mapping adapter on Enterprise (beta), (c) native PHC SQL Server bridge for bidirectional sync (Enterprise on-premise, battle-tested at Sotecno-Gaio), (d) custom REST/SOAP/ODBC consulting for SAP / Primavera / bespoke systems.

    Fornecedores 2.0 — daily ERP mirror + multi-email + group priorities

    PHC mirror runs daily 04:30 (3,475 supplier records synced at Sotecno-Gaio reference deployment, zero errors). Each supplier supports multiple emails — general (ERP-synced) plus manually added contacts, with one default per RFQ dispatch. Explicit supplier ↔ BoQ group associations with priority 1-99 drive quote routing before the AI category fallback. Quote dispatch now filters to material + subcontracting items only.

    Tier enforcement live — HTTP 402 canonical + grace window

    Plan quotas now enforced server-side via @require_capacity + @require_feature decorators on Flask routes. Soft warning at 90 %, 14-day grace at 100 %, read-only hard-block after (data never destroyed). Marketing /pricing/?from=<limit_key> deep-links scroll to the relevant comparison row and pulse it to guide the upgrade path.

    Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot — wired end-to-end

    Turnstile widget was rendering but the token was never sent to the backend; 12 of the first 14 SaaS signups had been bots. Patched in under 2 hours: marketing form forwards the token, app-side validates via Cloudflare siteverify on /api/signup, /api/auth/resend-activation, and /api/auth/forgot. All 12 dummy clients purged.

    Signup attribution — UTM + Google Ads gclid + A/B variant

    Marketing site captures the standard UTM parameters, Google Ads click ID (gclid), and Hero A/B variant on landing. Persisted 30 days in localStorage (cookieless, GDPR-friendly), forwarded in the signup payload, and surfaced in the app database. Admin CSV endpoint exports gclid conversions weekly for Google Ads Offline Conversion Import — no client-side tag, no cookie banner needed.

    Two keyword-pure landing pages

    Long-form pages /boq-automation/ and /ai-construction-estimator/ shipped after the demand-evidence research (see report in crm-line-ops). Each ~1500 words with SoftwareApplication + FAQPage + BreadcrumbList schema. Targeted at the EU SaaS construction estimating market where the only credible AI competitor is Kreo (UK).

    JSON-LD structured data across the site

    Organization, WebSite, SoftwareApplication, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, and Service schemas on homepage, pricing, features, affiliates, BoQ automation, AI construction estimator, plus all comparison pages. Title and meta descriptions rewritten to lead with target keywords. Foundation for rich snippets when Google indexes.

    Below the Hero now sits a three-card differentiator section: Trained on your data (per-tenant ChromaDB, local Qwen3, EU GPUs), Audit-grade history (ISO 27001 A.12.4.1 + History Ribbon undo), Continuous learning (weekly dictionary refresh, sister-table prediction log).
