Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the website bidyou.ai, operated by CRM-Line, Lda. (TIN 507 830 466), based in Estoril, Portugal.

2. Pre-launch product

bidyou.ai is currently in pre-launch. This site provides information about the upcoming product and allows registration of interest (waitlist). Waitlist registration does not constitute a contract or any commercial commitment.

3. Content

The content of this site is informational. Trademarks, logos, and product names referenced belong to their respective owners. Performance figures (e.g., "×8 faster than manual estimating") refer to historical results within controlled customer environments and are not warranted for any specific use case.

4. Service contracts

Submission of a waitlist email does not constitute a contract. Any future commercial relationship is subject to a separate written agreement (Subscription Agreement + Data Processing Agreement) between bidyou.ai (CRM-Line, Lda.) and the customer.

5. Limitation of liability

The site content is provided "as is". CRM-Line does not warrant that information is always up to date or error-free. For contractual or technical questions, contact legal@bidyou.ai.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Competent jurisdiction: Comarca de Cascais.
