When you approach your storage limit you'll see two paths: upgrade your tier (gets you more features alongside the storage) or add a storage pack (storage-only, when the rest of your tier is the right fit). Most contractors who hit Starter's 25 GB ceiling find the Pro tier feature delta (unlimited marketplace lookups, 100 GB included, 20 h/mo Whisper, AI meeting extraction) makes more sense than buying storage alone.

We don't use a global model fine-tuned once. Each customer gets their own embedding store of historical bids; matches are retrieved from your own corpus first. The model never trains on other customers' data.
For Free / Starter / Pro tiers: EU-based servers (Portugal). For Enterprise: optionally on your own GPU. AI inference runs locally — no third-party LLM API ever sees your bids.
